摘要: Abstract Volatile materials produced at different periods of growth in milk were measured, attempts to characterize various organisms. Comparisons made three strains Aerobacter aerogenes , two Escherichia coli and Streptococcus faecalis var. liquefaciens . One strain each Achromobacter lipolyticum diacetilactis compared trials. In addition, one freundii, lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, casei Pseudomonas fragi tested single Patterns volatile obtained by gas-liquid chromatographic (GLC) analyses plotted for organism strain. Duplicate trials culturing separate flasks. All cultures grown milk, first autoclaved then subsequently distilled aseptically 60–65C under 20–25cm Hg (to remove indigenous materials). Cultures incubated 25C GLC head-space gas sampling. Bacterial counts recorded the beginning end test period. Except A. which could not be distinguished from E. or freundii S. volatiles very similar other organisms differentiated their patterns. some cases time appearance rate development a certain was unique. Initial final bacterial gave an indication numbers involved.
