摘要: Thrombospondin (TSP) is a large, trimeric, modular glycoprotein that major constituent of platelet alpha granules. TSP also secreted by wide variety epithelial and mesenchymal cells in patterns reflect developmental changes the embryo response to injury adult. In addition its role blood coagulation, has been reported serve both adhesive anti-adhesive functions, foster neurite outgrowth, stimulate inhibit cell growth migration, angiogenesis. Although this diversity apparent function can be attributed, part, ability single interact with several different cell-surface receptors, it now known TSPs are encoded at least three homologous genes human mouse. TSP1, commonly recognized protein isolated from platelets, similar TSP2 structure. Both proteins contain NH2-terminal, COOH-terminal, procollagen homology domains, type I (TSP or properdin), II (EGF-like), ty...
