摘要: Excretory liver function was analyzed in 10 healthy volunteers and 28 subjects with acute or chronic injury following intravenous administration of 99mtechnetium p-isopropyl iminodiacetic acid. Hepatobiliary transit this agent quantitated at 5-min intervals for a total 60 min. Indices activity, cell uptake, parenchymal clearance, bile duct clearance acid were calculated from time--activity curves over heart, liver, extrahepatic ducts, gallbladder. Seven viral hepatitis, 15 biliary obstruction, 6 intrahepatic cholestasis evaluated. Compared volunteers, significant (p less than 0.0001) reduction activity demonstrated all patient groups. Major resolution liver-derived indices, particularly occurred during convalescence hepatitis after drainage. Nonmeasurable always indicated diagnosis obstruction cholestatic subjects, index normalized Whereas visual assessment scans provided limited, useful information about the functional status quantitative temporal analysis proved to be much more effective technique.
