Forming nanoparticles of water-soluble ionic molecules and embedding them into polymer and glass substrates

摘要: This work describes a general method for the preparation of salt nanoparticles (NPs) made from an aqueous solution ionic compounds (NaCl, CuSO(4) and KI). These were created by application ultrasonic waves to solutions these salts. When sonication was carried out in presence glass microscope slide, parylene-coated or silicon wafer NPs embedded substrates one-step, ultrasound-assisted procedure. Optimization coating process resulted homogeneous distributions nanocrystals, 30 nm size, on surfaces substrates. The morphology structure each coatings characterized physical chemical methods, such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force (AFM), Raman spectroscopy photoelectron (XPS). After 24 h leaching into water inorganic salts still present slides, complete occurred only after 96 h. A mechanism is proposed.
