摘要: Abstract Background Early detection of neurodegenerative diseases is essential for treatment and proper care these patients. Screening tools available today are effective several types dementia. However, there no one specific Lewy Body Dementia (LBD). Objectives The aim this paper to present a tool early LBD, accessible even non-medical staff. Methods We stratified subjects (MMSE > 20) into four groups: health controls (HC), Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), LBD other dementias (Alzheimer vascular). All (age range 50–90) were examined with comprehensive neuropsychological neuropsychiatric evaluation, as well neuroimaging differentiate diagnosis between groups, fulfilling corresponding criteria.
