摘要: According to the International Association for Study of Pain (IASP) pain is characterized as an “unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage”. The TRP super-family, compressing up 28 isoforms in mammals, mediates a myriad physiological pathophysiological processes, among them. channel might be constituted by similar different subunits, which will result formation homomeric heteromeric channels distinct properties functions. In this review we discuss about function TRPs pain, focusing on channles that participate transduction noxious sensation, especially TRPV1 TRPA1, their expression nociceptors sensitivity large number physical chemical stimuli.
