摘要: Over the past 5 years there has been a marked increase in use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) breast. Multiple research studies have confirmed improved cancer detection, diagnosis, and evaluation response to therapy with breast MRI compared mammography ultrasound. As this exciting new technology advances, focused work optimal scan protocols, appropriate clinical applications, image interpretation are needed. Both potential benefits harms need be evaluated guide modality select patient populations.
