摘要: Aim : To evaluate the effects of tamoxifen therapy on plasma lipid profile in patients breast cancer. Method A total 55 postoperative cancer were given tablet 20mg orally daily for 6 months. Estimation by standard method was carried out both pre-menopausal and postmenopausal new early stage at 0 day, 3 rd month th months therapy. Results Suggested that patient’s TC LDL-c levels reduced significantly, whereas, TG, VLDL-c HDL-c not altered. Comparison revealed fall significantly higher patients. Conclusion The study demonstrates to favorably alter markers cardiovascular risk ©
