摘要: An integrative approach is presented to identify grade-specific biomarkers for breast cancer. Grade-specific molecular interaction networks were constructed with differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of cancer grade 1, 2, and 3. We observed that the network grade3 predominantly associated cancer-specific processes. Among top ten connected DEGs in grade3, increase expression UBE2C CCNB2 was statistically significant across different grades. Along genes, CDK1, KIF2C, NDC80, are also profoundly grades reduce patient's survival. Gene set enrichment analysis these six reconfirms their role metastatic phenotype. Moreover, coexpression shows a strong association promotes specific biological processes possibly drives from lower higher grade. Collectively identified can act as potential diagnosis prognosis.
