摘要: Structural mass spectrometry encompasses an increasing range of methods aimed at collecting as much structural information possible on a biomolecule or its related complexes. Originally limited to the analysis primary structures proteins, has evolved over past 20 years provide secondary, tertiary and even quaternary structure proteins. Furthermore, systems investigated with these have become more complex, many developments progressively overcome main challenges size, heterogeneity, and/or solubility protein A decade ago, most techniques were still playground handful specialists. However, potential their complementarity other classical biophysical driven number users develop new and, perhaps crucially, manufacturers developed improved instruments solutions/kits that are now commercially available. Today, groups combining proteomics in order gain additional information, we will see this review. This article particularly focus peptides First, be described. Then different combinations described, including how complementary they are, what synergistic can obtained from them, current limitations are.
