摘要: The aim of our experiments was to characterise and validate the osmotic fragility test when applied human blood samples with no significant alterations but a differentiating shape haemolysis curve. All were carried out on erythrocytes taken from Regional Centre Blood Donation Therapy in Wroclaw. washed exposed near-infrared radiation (NIR) or ozonated, applied. fragility, calculated experimental curve for control cells irradiated 15 min, is same within empirical error. Calculation first derivative allowed us visualise changes distribution after exposure NIR. By contrast, both value properties observed an ozonation procedure. Description cell requires at least two parameters—the slope region where absorbance sharply increases due haemolysis.
