摘要: Gram negative sepsis and septic shock continue to be a major medical problem, with complex physiopathology it is associated high mortality. Although secretion of cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha by macrophages the principal host mediator shock, other characteristic functions implicated in their phagocytic capacity have not been studied process endotoxic shock. In present study we used an intraperitoneal injection E. coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (100 mg/kg) order obtain model adult female BALB/c mice. Peritoneal cell suspensions were obtained at several times (2, 4, 12 or 24 h) after following on peritoneal macrophages: adherence substrate, mobility (spontaneous directed chemotaxis), ingestion particles superoxide anion production. The results showed stimulation adherence, production well decrease chemotaxis animals injected LPS. These effects changed time LPS injection. Thus, increase higher during first hours, whereas turned larger time.
