摘要: Ribosomal DNA (rDNA) and mitochondrial (mtDNA) of Anopheles aconitus mosquitoes were examined to investigate intra- inter-species variation amongst the members Minimus group subgenus Cellia. Three rDNA loci (ITS1, ITS2 D3 regions) a mtDNA locus (cytochrome oxidase II) analyzed in An. Form B C collected Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. The results show that consensus sequences four two forms are consistent with those genus Anopheles. No intraindividual was detected, but intrapopulation present polymorphic some for each gene examined. rates approximately 0.15 0.8%. These data indicate Mai, Thailand conspecific. In this study, complete ITS1 sequence is reported first time. region showed high rate (approximately 55%), compared closely related species minimus C. It suggested may provide information differentiate
