摘要: Ligation of the pancreatic duct in rabbits provokes a decrease insulin and glucagon content pancreas, may lead to chronic hyperglycemia. The secretory behavior perfused pancreas is perturbed duct-ligated animals, this illustrated several respects: perturbation anomeric specificity response most obvious diabetic rabbits, which case β-D-glucose stimulates release more efficiently than α-D-glucose. In both control however, α-anomer potent β-anomer suppressing leucine-stimulated secretion. These findings are compatible with view that hyperglycemia leads alteration preference B-cell for α-D-glucose, possibly as result nonenzymatic glycation glycolytic enzymes insulin-producing, but not glucagon-producing, islet cells.
