摘要: Studies on the population of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and families multiple cases have provided definite evidence that susceptibility to disease is determined both by genetic factors associated alleles major histocompatibility complex as well environmental factors. The development seropositive, but not seronegative presence in an individual la alloantigen HLA-DR4. This association common all ethnic groups. Some exists this stronger more severe fact requires further study. fraction seropositive lack HLA-DR4 has been characterized. occurrence certain untoward side effects therapy influenced HLA-DR2 or HLA-DR3.
