摘要: In order to enhance the antibacterial and mechanical properties of agar films, chitosan-methylisothiazolinone (C–MIT) complex was first prepared by ionic gelation method, characterization C–MIT carried out Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Thermo gravimetry. Chitosan successfully crosslinked with tripolyphosphate for nanoencapsulation methylisothiazolinone, spherical in shape a diameter about 10 nm. The C–MIT/MFC biocomposites obtained through adsorption on microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) then incorporated into films. comparison pure tensile strength composite films increased 19 % at loading 10 wt% biocomposites, tests demonstrated that exhibited remarkable activities against both Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus. This work provides new approach utilizing multifunctional medical field.
