摘要: Abstract An ecofriendly and sensitive SFC–MS/MS method (using TurboIonSpray probes) has been developed to measure Isonaizid (INH) pyrazinamide (PYZ) in fix dosage combination (FDC) by dissolving dichloromethane:methanol:formic acid (50:50:0.1 v/v/v). Supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO 2 ) is used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 2 ml/min modifier v/v/v) 0.3 ml/min. High penetration power, low viscosity, negligible toxicity makes the obvious choice for environment friendly phase. The separation INH PYZ was achieved less than 5 min using C18 reverse-phase fused-core column (Inertsil ODS-5 μm C18, 150 mm × 4.6 mm). validated per international standards terms selectivity, linearity, precision recovery. found be linear % recovery 98.89–100.33% 99.27–100.06% PYZ, respectively. Lower limits detection quantification could 11.87 ng/ml 35.97 ng/ml, respectively, 35.42 ng/ml 107.36 ng/ml, proposed applied marketed formulation different manufacturers.
