摘要: This article investigates the association between workers’ networks of relationships used for advice on job tasks and their satisfaction. It thus extends study personal employment from previous efforts that focus primarily businesses to an examination a type human service organization. situates this within population nonprofit domestic violence program employees. Prior research suggests having emotionally close physically proximate ties is positively related general satisfaction distant dispersed are with compensation opportunity promotion. The current results instead suggest both types networking patterns payoffs may be contextually shaped.
