摘要: This paper presents a qualitative and quantitative review of the antecedents counterproductive behaviors (CPB). The organizes identified in past research into four broad categories: personal, organizational, work, contextual factors. includes metaanalyses 40 published studies with combined sample size 42,359. results indicate that employees who are young or dissatisfied engage more CPBs. In addition, absenteeism is prevalent among young, female, have lower income, job satisfaction, perceive stronger absence norm, ability to be on time.
