摘要: The report presents and discusses the results of Project REAP (Railroad Employee Assistance Project), an in-depth study size alcohol abuse problem in railroad industry, effects on companies employees, effectiveness methods currently used to combat problem. Seven major railroads their labor organizations participated study. seven studied employ 234,000 workers, about half work force country's entire industry.
