摘要: The objective of this study was to determine the effect dietary inclusion lipid-based diets (whole cottonseed and protected fat) on pH, meat color fat, tenderness cooking yield in Longissimus thoracis muscle cattle feedlot. Were used 39 Nellore uncastrated with average initial body weight 494.1 ± 10.1 kg 36 months age were housed for 63 days pens thirteen animals each. A completely randomized design three treatments replications used. evaluated were: Feed 2.50% whole (control diet); feed 11.50% cottonseed; 3.13% added lipid (PL), all a dry matter basis.
