Using text mining to uncover students' technology‐related problems in live video streaming

摘要: Because of their capacity to sift through large amounts data, text mining and data are enabling higher education institutions reveal valuable patterns in students' learning behaviours without having resort traditional survey methods. In an effort uncover live video streaming (LVS) technology related-problems improve experience, we applied culled from LVS interactions. Our findings revealed low student participation, which triggered us initiate several actions promote more active participation. support previous studies regarding the effectiveness transforming raw educational into knowledge decision-making tools.
