摘要: The behaviour of styrene butadiene rubber/acrylonitrile rubber (SBR/NBR) blends in the environment chlorinated hydrocarbons, such as carbon tetrachloride, chloroform and dichloromethane, temperature range 32–52°C has been investigated. Sulphur, dicumyl peroxide a mixed system consisting sulphur were used vulcanising systems for matrix. effects agents, blend composition, solvents on sorption characteristics studied. sulphur-vulcanised exhibited highest solvent uptake those with agent lowest. This difference explained basis nature cross links established between polymer chains during vulcanisation. increased an increase SBR content when tetrachloride was penetrant, whilst it decreased dichloromethane probes. polarity solvents. For given system, maximum minimum used. accounted terms size penetrants. intrinsic diffusion coefficient, permeation link density interaction parameter estimated from data. Thermodynamic parameters enthalpy free energy changes also calculated. These values indicate that process present is exothermic more spontaneous systems. experimental results, compared different theoretical models, have found to be closer Robeson’s Maxwell’s models.
