摘要: Toluene, carbon tetrachloride, and tetrahydrofuran sorption desorption by polypropylene (PP) PP/thermotropic liquid crystal polymer (Rodrun) blends with 20 40% Rodrun contents were studied as well the effects of solvent presence on structure mechanical properties. The rate content at equilibrium higher in than pure PP. This was attributed to microcracking PP matrix induced Rodrun. Taking into account very low permeability solvents this work, increase specific volume a result sorption, sorption-induced additional microcracking, partially form debonding dispersed phase, is also believed occur. Plasticization main effect irreversible properties agrees proposed partial weak resistance these blends. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J Polym Sci B: Phys 38: 1090–1100,
