摘要: Abstract Structure in the photoconductivity spectrum of Cu 2 O has been observed which corresponds to “yellow” exciton series optical absorption. From fact that peaks is initially stimulated by illumination and then quenched, it concluded distinct electronic processes are associated with exciton-induced photoconductivity. The most likely mechanism excitation localized carriers excitons. experimental evidence insufficient establish excitons mobile. A comparison d.c. microwave conductivity measurements establishes limited barriers.
