摘要: This paper reports a new method for the determination of T-2 and HT-2 toxins their glucosylated derivatives in cereals, some survey data aimed at obtaining more comprehensive information on co-occurrence naturally contaminated cereal samples. For these purposes, barley samples originating from Northern Italian area were analysed by LC-HRMS presence T-2, relevant glucosyl derivatives. Quantitative analysis glucosides was performed first time using recently made available standard glucoside.
