摘要: Recent studies suggest that many tumors contain a small subset of cells with stem-like properties are responsible for tumor initiation and progression resistance to conventional treatments. We aimed identify the presence putative cancer in human osteosarcoma cell line evaluate their responsiveness ionizing radiation. The isolated formed sphere-clusters, were positive mesenchymal stem markers, differentiated into osteoblasts developed immunocompromised mice. [18F]fluoro-2-deoxyglucose uptake was significantly lower than original parental median lethal dose higher.
