摘要: Long-term cultivation of human cells, including stem can lead to essential transformations the karyotype and genetic instability. The aim this research was a comparative cytogenetic study new cell line 4BL at 160 205 passages. We assume stabilization passages consider that it is necessary conduct an additional molecular for objective identification number class, as well chromosomal anomalies, forecasting direction evolution in vitro.
