摘要: Altering the food intake, exercise, and sleep patterns have a great influence on homeostasis of biological clock. This leads to accelerated aging articular cartilage, susceptibility arthropathy other aspects. Deficiency or overexpression certain circadian clock-related genes accelerates cartilage deterioration phenotypic variation in different joints. The process joint development includes formation site, interzone, cavitation, epiphyseal ossification center, maturation. mechanism by which, clock regulates cell-cycle, growth, metabolism, processes chondrocytes is poorly understood. Here, we summarized interaction between proteins developmental pathways chondrogenesis provided evidence from tissues that further predicts molecular these protein-protein networks activation, proliferation, differentiation. purpose this review gain deeper understanding evolution its irreversibility seen damage aging.
