摘要: Abstract We report here a quantitative analysis of the interaction non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 with human erythrocyte membranes. By applying classical treatment for interpretation action surface active compounds to hemolytic curves, we could calculate parameters such as R e —the effective surfactant/lipid molar ratio membrane saturation ( sat ) and total lysis sol )—and K b , binding constant The (5900 M −1 (1.58 2.14) values presented are in good agreement literature data solubilization model phospholipid
