摘要: A total of 38 hybridomas producing monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) was established by immunizing BALB/c mice with extracts the golden hamster testis. Six mAbs stained acrosome developing spermatids immunofluorescence. Two (1A11 and 4D8) reacted spermatid components other than acrosome. The 1C9 4D3 recognized a 103 kilodalton (kDa) protein on immunoblots, were reactive to spermatocytes early spermatids, but not late spermatozoa. This finding suggests that functions for meiosis or spermiogenesis. Four (3G2, 2E5, 2G3, 3F10) all stages spermatogenic cells. remaining 24 showed positive reaction basement membrane seminiferous tubule. them, 3D6 3E5, approximately 150 kDa major proteins, indicating antigen is an extracellular matrix.
