摘要: To study the mechanism of spermatogenesis, we have isolated many monoclonal antibodies (mAb) which recognize specific steps mouse germ cell differentiation and then evaluated expression characterization antigenic molecules using immunohistochemistry Western blotting. Monoclonal antibody TRA 54 recognized organelles in cytoplasm from spermatocytes to spermatids; that is, a large granule was stained mid-late pachytene, diplotene secondary round spermatids at stage I while acrosome 2-3 step 12 were also positive. Thereafter, antigens disappeared more advanced stages differentiation. blots revealed broad bands with approximate molecular weights >200, 190 85 kDa testis. The these during testicular development should be interest relation biogenesis such as chromatoid body will useful stage-specific marker for spermatogenesis.
