摘要: A new, fast-screening method for identification of various pharmacologically active ingredients in cholesterol-lowering dietary supplements using direct injection mass spectrometry was developed. The optimized proven to be useful multitarget screening: 17 compounds interest were identified, including monacolin K and its acid form, cynarin, green tea catechines, genistein, daidzein, guggulsterones, allicin l-arginine. successfully applied the fingerprint analysis containing only one or several agents lovastatin registered as a drug. According obtained results, it is apparent that are poorly standardized, two samples did not contain (monacolin K, form cynarin). Moreover, application proposed quality control may routine large number laboratories regulatory agencies.
