摘要: Remediation of soil co-contaminated with heavy metals and PAHs by mushroom bacteria is a novel technique. In this study, the combined remediation effect (Pleurotus cornucopiae) (FQ1, Bacillus thuringiensis) on Cd phenanthrene was investigated. The (B. growth, accumulation, degradation P. cornucopiae antioxidative responses were studied. could adapt easily grow well in Cd-phenanthrene soil. It found that inoculation FQ1 enhanced growth (biomass) accumulation increment 26.68-43.58% 14.29-97.67% respectively. Up to 100% 95.07% removed bacteria-mushroom (B+M) treatment respectively spiked 200mg/kg 500mg/kg phenanthrene. addition, bacterial alleviated oxidative stress caused co-contamination relative decreases lipid peroxidation enzyme activity, including malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD). This study demonstrated integrated strategy an effective promising method for bioremediation.
