摘要: New evidence on breast Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) screening has become available since the American Cancer Society (ACS) last issued guidelines for early detection of cancer in 2003. A guideline panel reviewed this and developed new recommendations women at different defined levels risk. Screening MRI is recommended with an approximately 20-25% or greater lifetime risk cancer, including a strong family history ovarian who were treated Hodgkin disease. There are several subgroups which data insufficient to recommend against screening, personal carcinoma situ, atypical hyperplasia, extremely dense breasts mammography.
