摘要: An application of Bayesian networks for decision support in surveillance mackerel fisheries the North Sea is presented. The area involves assessment each fishing vessel's risk acting irregularly with regard to re- lease caught fish, and then combining these assessments suggest vessels on which concentrate. knowl- edge underlying model developed acquired through extensive communication domain experts. Following approach information systems design research, we have a software tool an understanding organisation's needs order effectively realise use tool. prototyping development process used model-centric sense that drives other activities project, such as es- tablishing data sources overall system requirements.
