摘要: In the present work, we report electrochemical growth and characterization of CdTe semiconductor thin films in alkaline solution. The electrodeposition was performed cathodically applying a constant potential. Tellurium (IV) Cd2+ aqueous solutions were employed as precursor CdTe. EDTA used complexing agent for ions. film composition determined by atomic emission spectroscopy with inductive coupling plasm (AES-ICP) Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis). UV-visible allowed determining optical band gap energy, which 1.64 eV. photovoltammetric experiment shows up that synthesized p-type semiconductor.
