摘要: In this work, we report the overproduction of lipases by a new wild strain Burkholderia lata (LBBIO-BL02) in submerged fermentation to seek an economically attractive bioprocess. The best medium composition was containing chicken fat (12.5 mL/L) and ammonium phosphate (15 g/L) at 35 oC pH 7.0, resulting lipase titer 1137.82 U/mL 2146.83 U/mg. characterization exhibited maximum activity 55 °C pH 8.0. retained 100, 93 85 % its 45, 50 60 °C, respectively, 78, 82 100 % pH 2.2, 3 10, respectively. enzyme successfully immobilized on Celite adsorption showed promising future for various organic syntheses because stability solvents. All results shows that LBBIO-BL02 is superior lipase-producing bacterium good potential industrial biotechnology application.
