摘要: Abstract A solvent stable lipase from Pseudomonas aeruginosa PseA is described. The was produced by solid-state fermentation of deoiled Jatropha seed cake and purified ultrafiltration gel filtration chromatography using Sephadex G-100. characterized for its enzymatic properties stability. It exhibited remarkable stability in a wide range organic solvents up to 75% (v/v) concentrations. Circular dichroism intrinsic fluorescence spectra were recorded investigate the effect on secondary tertiary structures. structure predominantly α-helical which remained unperturbed even at high concentration after 24 h exposure. Highly hydrophobic tetradecane caused loss activity lipase. exploited an efficient synthesis ethyl butyrate n-hexane medium.
