摘要: Tensiomyography (TMG) has been used to assess neuromuscular characteristics of muscles the lower extremity in soccer players. However, effects dominance on TMG this population have not reported date. The purpose study was compare between dominant and non-dominant male Thirty-eight consecutive healthy players underwent resting assessment vastus medialis (VM), lateralis (VL), rectus femoris (RF), semitendinosus (ST), biceps (BF), gastrocnemius (GM), (GL) both extremities. maximal displacement, delay time, contraction sustained half-relaxation time were obtained compared sides. There no significant differences vast majority parameters side demonstrated higher VM (p = 0.008), RF (p = 0.009), (p = 0.01), BF (p = 0.04), but VL (p = 0.03) (p = 0.02) side. In general, TMG-assessed VM, VL, RF, ST, BF, GM, GL affected by Therefore, there is need sides when using monitor response training or at risk injury unless a specific reason. Prognostic study, Level II.
