Preimplantation embryo-secreted factors modulate maternal gene expression in rat uterus

摘要: In mammalian reproduction, embryo implantation into the uterus is spatiotemporally regulated by a complex process triggered number of factors. Although previous studies have suggested that uterine receptivity mediated blastocyst-derived factors, specific functions embryos remain to be defined during preimplantation. Therefore, present study was conducted identify maternal genes embryo-secreted factors in rat uterus. RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) data revealed 10 are up-regulated delayed compared with pseudopregnancy The RNA-seq results were further verified real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Sulf1 expression significantly (P < 0.05) induced uterus, although Areg, Calca, Fxyd4 and Lamc3 show definite but non-statistically significant increase their levels. During early pregnancy, levels Fxyd4, at 3.5 days post coitus (dpc) higher than those 1.5 dpc. Treatment embryo-conditioned media other studied. Thus, embryo-derived regulate gene expression, possibly being suitable markers for response improve our understanding embryo-maternal communication.
