摘要: The role of the Fas/FasL system in ANCA-associated vasculitis is unclear. We therefore assessed levels soluble Fas (sFas) sera and expression on mononuclear cells from patients with ANCA-positive compared results those found other rheumatic diseases. Serum sFas were determined by ELISA. studied included 29 at onset, 17 first remission while therapy, 12 quiescence. For comparison, 10 Sjogren’s syndrome (SS), 14 systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), 7 dialysis (DP), 26 healthy controls (HC) studied. In addition, was examined mRNA level using reverse transcriptase (RT)-PCR 6 onset remission. CD95 surface leukocytes flow cytometry disease, clinical remission, HC. Expression FasL renal biopsy specimens immunohistochemistry. Patients had high irrespective disease phase. Both RA SLE significantly increased controls. All patient groups levels, which correlated raised serum creatinine values. However, quiescence despite a lower onset. Some showed an after treatment, suggesting that production fluctuates intensity disease. slightly decreased to No alterations seen specimens. These show have remain elevated even findings indicate perturbations Fas/Fas ligand may play process ANCA vasculitis.
