摘要: In this study, the influence of tool rotation speed and feed rate on forming limit friction stir welded Al 6061-T651 sheets has been investigated. The curve was evaluated by dome height test performed all sheets. welding trials were conducted at a 1300 1400 r/min 90 100 mm/min. A third trial rotational 1500 120 It is found that with increase in speed, from to r/min, for constant rate, blank improved mm/min, it decreased. better than unwelded thickness gradient after severe cases blanks made higher lower speed. strain hardening exponent weld (n) increases decreases rate. demonstrated change respect parameters due distribution severity region during forming. There not much variation among tested. When compared sheets, near-plane-strain condition, but lesser stretching paths.
