摘要: Purpose To evaluate long-term keratoconus stability after corneal crosslinking (CXL) with riboflavin. Methods In this prospective study, 57 eyes of 55 patients progressive keratoconus, consecutively treated ultraviolet A (UVA) – riboflavin CXL, were examined the topographer Pentacam, biometer IOLMaster and analyzer biomechanics Ocular Response Analyzer before during a 24 months follow-up CXL. Results Twenty-four there was significant improvement in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) (P < 0.01), decrease thinnest point (CTP), keratometry readings at apex (K max), volume (CV) increase axial eye length (AL) (P = 0.01). No changes anterior chamber (ACV) depth (ACD), (P = 0.8), hysteresis (CH) (P = 0.16) resistance factor (CRF) (P = 0.06) found. However, subgroup decreased K max treatment, both CH CRF showed reduction (P < 0.01). Conclusion In first month procedure, CXL induces volume. During cornea tends to recover its original persistence efficacy.
