摘要: Dermal fibroblasts synthesize and organize skin connective tissue (dermis). Fibroblast cultures provide a powerful tool for investigating both the molecular mechanisms that regulate production pathophysiology of fibrotic diseases. In this chapter, we describe detailed procedures establishing maintaining primary adult human fibroblasts. We also protocols constructing three-dimensional dermal equivalent culture models.
