摘要: This paper reports on the development of an eyeglass-type infrared (IR)-controlled computer interface for disabled. system may serve to assist those who suffer from spinal cord injuries or other handicaps operate a computer. is comprised three major components: 1) transmitting module, 2) receiving/signal-processing and 3) main controller, Intel-8951 microprocessor. The module utilizes tongue-touch circuitry which converted beam low power laser (<0.1 mW) beam. receives fine tunes unstable into standard pulses are used as control signals. controller responsible detecting input signals verifying these with mapping table in its memory. After signal verified, it released keys keyboard mouse interface. design concept was mainly based idea that use remote fastened eyeglasses could allow convenient motion all modified modules. designed individuals disabled subjects' movement severely restricted. can be easily mounted artificial limbs.
