摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the stability levodopa liposomes co-loaded with three different antioxidants (curcumin, ascorbic acid, and superoxide dismutase (SOD)). For purpose, multilamellar were prepared. Curcumin added into lipid bilayer while acid SOD placed aqueous phase. influence preparation technique surface charge also investigated. Vesicles characterised free radical scavenging potential determined. From study, showed better stabilising effect. These exhibited activity where played a key role. techniques charge, we concluded that cationic made by Thin Layer Evaporation following extrusion offered best physicochemical properties. A dual mechanism these implies chemical stabilisation (dose reduction) antioxidant effect, preventive effect on Parkinson's disease.
