摘要: Gastric acid secretion in nineteen children with celiac disease remained almost unchanged and the level of fasting serum gastrin was comparable that a control group same age. The absorption vitamin B12 significantly decreased, most clearly infants as compared their controls. level, however, decreased only oldest children. results suggest mucosal lesion small intestine is extensive youngest children, but defect becomes clinically significant after long duration not childhood.
