摘要: This work reports for the first time preparation and performance of a nanosensor simultaneous detection metanil yellow fast green, which are toxic food dyes. For development this sensitive platform, surface glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with calixarene gold nanoparticles. The sensing ability designed (calix8/Au NPs/GCE) tested by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. influence number parameters investigated optimizing conditions to achieve best response target analytes. Due synergistic activity calix[8]arene Au nanoparticles, calix8/Au NPs/GCE nanocomposite found significantly enhance signals selected dyes in comparison bare GCE. Under optimized conditions, limits green were be 9.8 19.7 nM, respectively, at NPs/GCE. platform also demonstrated figures merit when applied real water juice samples. Moreover, high percent recovery, reproducibility, stability suggested applicability sample analysis.
