摘要: Michelin tire syndrome is a rare characterized by excessive folding of the skin. The diagnosis mainly clinical. It has been found to be associated with noncutaneous anomalies, and probably reflects multiple underlying disorders. We report two siblings syndrome, 5-year-old boy his sister both whom had marked skin folds facial anomalies. Histologic study an increase in smooth muscle fibers dermis. Electron microscopy showed details cells. also review reported cases literature contribute better understanding this syndrome.
